Long Term Player Development

Long Term Player Development (LPTD) or Wellness to World Cup - Soccer specific adaptation of the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD). The LPTD is a program for soccer player development, training, compeition and recovery based on biological age (i.e physical maturity) rather than chronological age (age of the individual). It is player centred, coach driven and adminstration, sport science, and sponsor supported. In other words, the LPTD is providing the player with the best exprience in soccer by putting the needs of the player first.
